2025 Holiday Mindfulness Workshop | $300

In this live 6-week Zoom workshop, we’ll explore simple yet effective ways to bring more calm, joy, and connection to your holiday season. You’ll learn strategies to manage stress, handle tricky family moments, and find gratitude in the busyness. Suited for all experience levels, this class offers tools to make your holidays brighter and more peaceful.

Individual Mindfulness Coaching | $50

Work one-on-one with a dedicated mindfulness teacher to build meaningful, lasting life change. Across 50-minute Zoom or in-person sessions, your coach will provide teaching, accountability, empathy, and ongoing support to help you cultivate sustainable habits to bring mindfulness into your daily life. 


As you complete these coaching sessions, you may be better able to:

  • Approach challenges with greater clarity and resilience 
  • Strengthen self-compassion and emotional regulation
  • Navigate parenting with more patience, presence and connection
  • Develop more fulfilling relationships and communication skills

8-Week MBSR Series Charlotte, NC | $450

Experience the original 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD in 1979. MBSR is an experiential evidence-based program that can help you learn lifelong skills to experience more ease and well-being even in the midst of stressful events, emotional and physical pain, and illness.  At the end of our 8 weeks together, research suggests you may be better able to:

  • respond with intention rather than reacting automatically 
  • bounce back more readily from difficulty 
  • reduce the impact of stress and physical pain
  • live life with increased awareness and self-care
  • release negative thought patterns and habits  


Course Requirements 

  • Individual meeting with the teacher before registration is finalized 
  • Pre-recorded orientation video to be completed before Week 1 
  • Eight weekly classes (2.5 hours each) in person 
  • One all-day in-person retreat held on a Sunday  
  • Daily home practice (30-45 minutes) supported by guided audio recording


Course Elements

  • Personalized instruction and support in applying mindfulness to individual experiences 
  • Gentle stretching and mindful movement 
  • Guided instructions of a variety of mindfulness and compassion practices 
  • Small group & full class discussions to support developing habits and intentions
